Intermediate Parkour Class
Take your parkour skills to the next level! This intermediate class is designed for practitioners who have a strong foundation in basic techniques and are ready to refine their movement, build power and precision, and start linking more complex sequences. We'll focus on improving flow, developing spatial awareness, and tackling more challenging obstacles through drills, conditioning, and creative movement exercises. Whether you're looking to level up your vaults, conquer higher walls, or get more comfortable with dynamic jumps, this class will help you progress safely and confidently.
Recommended for: Students who have completed a beginner course or have prior experience with parkour fundamentals (e.g., rolls, vaults, basic jumps and landings).

Limited Number of Make-Ups:
To encourage regular attendance and ensure a consistent learning environment, we allow for 1 make-up class per month.

Timeframe:
Make-up classes must be scheduled within 14-42 days.

Make-ups should be scheduled in advance and must be available in the student's level-appropriate class.

Availability:
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on class availability.

Notification:
Students/parents must notify the gym of their absence in advance to be eligible for a make-up.

No Walk-Ins:
Make-up classes are to be scheduled in advance and not allowed on a walk-in basis.

Forfeiture:
If a student schedules a make-up class but does not attend (without canceling 24 hours before the class), they will forfeit the right to that make-up.
