Our Beginning–Intermediate Tumbling is a fast-paced, high-energy class designed for athletes looking to build a strong foundation in tumbling skills and safely progress to more advanced movements. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your round-offs and back handsprings, this class focuses on technique, strength, flexibility, and air awareness.
Students will learn and improve skills like rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, walkovers, and back handsprings—with drills and progressions tailored to each student’s current level. Our coaches provide personalized instruction to help each athlete grow with confidence and proper form.
Perfect for beginners with a drive to learn or intermediates looking to level up, this class supports athletes, dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts alike in reaching their tumbling goals.

Limited Number of Make-Ups:
To encourage regular attendance and ensure a consistent learning environment, we allow for 1 make-up class per month.

Timeframe:
Make-up classes must be scheduled within 14-42 days.

Make-ups should be scheduled in advance and must be available in the student's level-appropriate class.

Availability:
Make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on class availability.

Notification:
Students/parents must notify the gym of their absence in advance to be eligible for a make-up.

No Walk-Ins:
Make-up classes are to be scheduled in advance and not allowed on a walk-in basis.

Forfeiture:
If a student schedules a make-up class but does not attend (without canceling 24 hours before the class), they will forfeit the right to that make-up.
